Tristan “TJ” Martin our event MC is a lifelong Emerald Coast native and seasoned real estate leader with over a decade of experience across development, construction, and residential sales. After graduating from the University of Central Florida and beginning his career in insurance, TJ returned home to the Gulf Coast, launching his real estate career with D.R. Horton, where he managed developments of more than 200 home sites and earned Top Sales Leader recognition from Panama City to Pensacola with over $15 million in sales his first year. He later joined Holiday Builders, completing and selling more than 65 homes and earning multiple company awards, including Sales Agent of the Year, before achieving over $23 million in annual sales. Now serving as President of the Abbott Martin Group with eXp Realty, TJ leverages his deep construction knowledge, business acumen, and local roots to help lead one of Florida’s top-performing real estate teams, delivering exceptional results across new developments, luxury homes, and investment opportunities with integrity and precision.
