Matt Spangler has spent 20+ years as an entrepreneur and marketing executive, with the last decade creating industry-defining brands in real estate. From 2014 to 2022 he led brand and marketing at Compass, joining as the first marketing hire when the company had 40 employees and staying through its rise to the #1 brokerage in the country. He built the brand from scratch, including a national in-house marketing team that served 30,000+ agents across 50+ cities.

He is currently Chief Marketing Officer of Stakeholders VR, a TZP Group-backed vacation rental company formed from 18 property management firms across Florida, the Carolinas, Hawaii, and Colorado. There, he is building the marketing function and creating a new national brand scheduled to launch in Q4 2026.

Since 2023 Matt has also advised tech CEOs and coached top real estate agents on putting AI to work in their business. More than 1,000 agents have taken his courses and workshops, all built around one idea: use AI to grow your brand and get your time back.
